A Max 36-in short sword for Amtgard, and stylized with a recurve design that is built on a 505 Kite spar.
The blade is comprised of my standard build of 4 lb center with 2 lb mini cell l200 XLPE sides and mini cell 2 lb eva strike edge for a durable long-lasting build that holds up while allowing significant striking force without hurting due to the EVA being lighter and more compressionable yet having an extremely high tear resistance makes the blades very durable and should last at least 5 years on the blade.
The Handguard and pommel is made of 6lb xple foam.
Cloth cover is a Hex70 ripstop, with hey polyester cotton blend bias tape.

With a balancing point roughly at the handguard as all the swords are counterbalanced.
